This has been a horrible experience for us, and it is unacceptable that these issues were not raised before closing. My homebuying process went smoothly, from beginning to end. When we did finally get a contract on our home, the Highland Home we were previously contracted for was still available for purchase. We were in discussions with the Highland Rep to sign a new contract when the sales rep contracted with another buyer instead.
