The manufacturer also offers the similar ValueGrab prusik with a snap hook attachment point in place of the plastic loop. Most workers at height attach their harness to a lifeline rope with a mechanical rope grab made of steel. The rope grab can be moved up or down the lifeline manually as the worker moves around, but locks onto the rope in the event of a fall.

Out of all the homes on the market at this price point,, Highland Homes definitely has the best quality of home. The service at the sales center from Glenn is A+, and also the project manager Tommy is extremely attentive to all of your needs.

The entire team was super capable and flexible with our requests and able to navigating numerous supply issues throughout the build process. Our builder Corey was exceptional and we would use him again without hesitation. This was the best homebuilding experience that I have had!
We have explained all of this to the sales rep of Highland Homes in Prosper, and she has continued to refuse to return the money. And further lied to us as to why she couldn't refund the $. The contract language is ambiguous and unclear.

When we did finally get a contract on our home, the Highland Home we were previously contracted for was still available for purchase. We were in discussions with the Highland Rep to sign a new contract when the sales rep contracted with another buyer instead. It has been uncovered that we have been lied to and deceived numerous times throughout this process. 90% of Highland Homes employees would recommend working there to a friend based on Glassdoor reviews. It is your responsibility to independently verify the information on the site. Came on late in the building process and has been working with us on follow-up items mostly. He also has answered many questions in and out of the house and has been easy to communicate with on some outstanding issues. We look forward to continuing to work with him on those. I’m currently in the process of getting my new construction home build with Highland Homes. I chose to go with a new built in order to have reassurance and a sense of ease without worries that come with an already built & lived in home.
Highland provides the highest quality homes and service from start to finish. They went above and beyond my expectations and truly commit to customer satisfaction. We get a call later that day saying Highlands has a problem with our Deed of Trust with our lender... This document has nothing to do with Highland homes, so our lender is not willing to change that document. We had asked Highland homes before ever starting the application with our lender, to make sure they will work with our lender and to avoid any future issues.
